Guido Reuge Commemorative Music Box. A tribute to Guido Reuge (1904-1994), president and creative genius of Reuge Music for nearly 70 years. This crystal box has his signature engraved on the front. The brass columns, cylinder, spring housing and movement base are all gold plated brass. The music is 'Guido's Waltz' composed by his friend, Peter Schuhknecht, and is one of the most delightful pieces in the Reuge repertoire. The wooden base is handmade from burl thuya with inlaid corners and gives a wonderful resonance to the sound. Limited edition #99..
